We stopped by for the first time in at least 5 years. When we lived in Evergreen this was our go to place not only for Chinese food but food in general. I have to say that the food tasted exactly as I remembered it and that was a great thing! And Amy is still there and was nice as could be! Highly recommend Coal Mine Dragon if you are in the area!
Amy is amazing, this place is tasty and a main staple of evergreen. They used to be in the building Saigon landing is in now. The food will have you coming back again and again and Amy is such a great host!

Food is great / priced well. Having alcohol - always a win. Amy is wonderful. Service is quick. Ambiance is calming. Fish in tank is very large.
Reading some of the other reviews makes me question if these people were in the right restaurant. CMD is amazing. The food quality and consistency is always spot on. I've yet to have a bad meal. And the Hot & Sour soup is - hands down -the best in any town, anywhere. You can't get chinese-american food this good down the hill - I challenge you to try. And for those of you that think the woman up front is rude...perhaps it was you. She is one of the sweetest and funniest people I've ever met. 5 stars x 1000
The lemon chicken was amazing. The egg drop soup was very good. I ate here two days in a row.
